Research Coordinator

The research coordinator, if needed with the collaboration of a mixed administrative and IT – teaching staff work group: 

• Annually monitors, the quality of the scientific research (publications, funded projects) produced in the Department and proposes possible improvement measures, also in relation to the objectives defined by the Department Strategic Plan. 
• Suggests to the Department research incentive measures to apply on the Department Financing Fund (FFD). 
• In collaboration with the Research, Technology Transfer and Innovation (RIMIN) the research coordinator encourages networking and lobbying activities in relevant institutional offices (EU, MIUR) regarding issues of interest to the Department. 
• Acts as VQR coordinator for the Department and works as a link between the Department and the University supporting the selection of research products to be submitted for evaluation. 
• Support the Director in monitoring the development of the project Department of Excellence.
