Departmental Strategic Plan

The Department has drafted a Strategic Plan containing the guidelines for the strategic development regarding the teaching, research, and outreach areas, during the 3-year period 2020-2023, consistent with the University Strategic Plan.

In the appendix, the strategic guidelines have been partially re-elaborated after the first few months of the COVID-19 pandemic, which globally caused a deep transformation in the way of thinking, facing, and interpreting the various activities carried out in every university.

The text additionally includes an update drafted in Autumn 2023 referring to the year 2024, in anticipation of the new University Strategic Plan of the next rector term and, as a consequence, of the new Department Strategic Plan.
