Building and logistics Coordinator

The building and logistics coordinator carries out a preliminary function regarding the topics listed below, referring to the Departmental Council, in a widened composition to include the members of the departmental building and logistics office: 

  • Monitoring the allocation of departmental spaces; 
  • Proposals to change the employment of departmental premises; 
  • Dialogue with PROGES on the planning and execution of works in departmental premises. 

The building and logistics coordinator has a specific Mobility Commission for the planning and management of the departmental vehicle fleet.
