Laboratories Coordinator

The Laboratories Coordinator: 

• Contributes to the realisation of a departmental strategy for the integrated use of laboratory spaces, also considering the participation of departmental staff in interdepartmental initiatives involving the sharing of spaces and equipment (interdepartmental centres, infraPs, platforms) 
• Annually monitors the use of laboratory spaces in terms of staff and students, equipment purchased, refurbished or secured, projects, research contracts and publications resulting from activities carried out in the labs, costs and revenues of the above-mentioned activities 
• Keeps an up-to-date list of existing laboratories and their scientific and technical managers and relevant experimental equipment to improve their employment 
• Oversees equipment purchases (>40K euro).
