Welfare Commission

The Welfare Commission suggests to: 

  • Share cross-cutting initiatives to promote dialogue and confrontation to optimise working procedures; 
  • Promote team building activities to create cohesion among the staff; 
  • Identify new communal spaces and rethink the management of the existing ones (such as breakrooms, lunch areas), with the collaboration of the building and logistics Representative to improve the overall experience of these spaces; 
  • Gather reports of critical issues to identify possible distress on the workplace, also in liaison with central administration structures; 
  • Gather training needs of the administrative and IT staff, promote staff participation and be active in ensuring the necessary specialised training; 
  • Analyse operational possibilities for smart working. 

The Welfare Commision is coordinated by the Welfare Representative.
