Administrative simplification coordinator

The Administrative simplification coordinator:

  • works in liaison between teaching and research staff and administrative staff in order to achieve improving effects and results;
  • collects reports on the difficulties/critical aspects of administrative procedures
  • draws up proposals for the simplification and rationalisation of processes, to be subimitted to the Head of Department and the administrative coordinatore
  • facilitates the transfer of information for the correct application of administrative procedures
  • takes part in the IT Commission.
