2nd Level Specializing Master Climate Change: adaptation and mitigation solutions

Despite the lockdown, the activities of the first edition of the 2nd level master programme Climate Change: adaptation and mitigation solutions are fully ongoing. The master is proposed within the climate_change@polito PROJECT.
Amongst the modules attended by the 20 participants, the one on Earth observation and climate monitoring, given by Prof. Marco Piras in collaboration with Prof. Fabio Giulio Tonolo (DAD) and Dr. Gianpaolo Balsamo, allow students to process some analysis on the basis of data collected from Satelliti Copernicus Sentinel and to create timelapse-videos to show the timeline of some phenomena intertwined with climate change.
