Teaching

The courses offered by the Department are designed to be in line with the challenges of the green new deal, that is related to climate change, circular economy, energy transition, as well as sustainability of mining and production cycles, transport systems and infrastructures. Great attention is paid to the multidisciplinarity of training courses.

In particular, DIATI hosts the Commission for Environmental and Land Engineering and offers two Bachelor’s degree programmes, one in Environmental and Land Engineering (in Italian) and one in a Civil and Environmental Engineering (in English). In addition, we offer three Master’s degree programmes: Environmental and Land EngineeringGeoresources and Geoenergy Engineering (formerly Petroleum and Mining Engineering) and Agritech Engineering (from A.Y. 2023-24) involving, overall, more than 600 students.

In addition, DIATI offers third-level education programmes like Phd courses, second-level specializing Master’s programmes and lifelong learning activities.
