The project aims to create a network among research centres and laboratories, large scale demonstration environments, and prototypal applications to reach the following goals: developing new technologies for high efficiency and low carbon footprint green civil aviation, for regional and public utility services; identifying logistical alternatives based on air and multimodal services with high autonomy and deportation infrastructure; outlining the guidelines to design autonomous and one pilot systems in the aviation field (with special emphasis on advanced/urban air mobility) and evaluating market opportunities arising from new technologies. 
DIATI is involved in Spoke 7 Cooperative connected and automated mobility (CCAM) and smart infrastructures and in Spoke 1 Air Mobility.
