DIATI at the event Tre Giorni per il Giardino
The event Tre Giorni per il Giardino takes places at the Masino Castle, cultural site managed by FAI – Fondo Ambiente Italiano (the National Trust for Italy), which aims to promote the culture of nature to an ever-widening audience.
"Il giardino possibile: semi per il giardino e per il mondo di domani" (“The possible garden: seeds fot the garden and the world of tomorrow”) is the theme of this XXXII autumnal edition in which DIATI takes part by displaying the MovingLab: the mobile laboratory where it is possible to process data in real time, to install sensors for motion capture and to transport research equipment.
Professors and members of the technical staff will also display and explain the tools used during research activities, study visits and field trips, some of which are used in the framework of the new M.Sc. in Agritech Engineering and in precision agriculture.
On the topic of agriculture 4.0, Prof. Tiziana Tosco will hold the brief seminar “AGRITECH: dall'aratro ai satelliti, il moderno ruolo della tecnologia in agricoltura”, on Saturday, October 19th 2024, from 10.30 am to 11 am, at Spazio Incontri.
