EMERITUS Final Event
Since its beginning, the EMERITUS project has been dedicated to strengthening the fight against waste-related environmental crimes by developing a new generation of technological tools and protocols tailored for waste-related environmental crimes andwaste-related environmental crimes.
Through close collaboration among project partners, EMERITUS has delivered a waste-related environmental crimes that integrates cutting-edge monitoring and analysis technologies. This is complemented by a dedicated training programme designed to enhance investigative and intelligence capabilities at both national and cross-border levels. The project has also examined how these technologies and specialised training can increase efficiency, minimise operational risks, and serve as a deterrent to environmental crime.
To celebrate the successful conclusion of the project, stakeholders, practitioners, and policymakers are invited to the Final Event of the EMERITUS Project, where key outcomes, lessons learned and future opportunities will be presented.
Attendees will have the chance to engage in presentations, live demonstrations, and interactive discussions on how the tools and methodologies developed by EMERITUS can support real-world environmental crime investigations and risk assessments.
