4th Edition of the International School on Water Reuse (ISWR)

The 4th edition of the International School on Water Reuse (ISWR) will be in Turin. The School, promoted by the Department of Chemistry at the University of Torino (UniTo) as part of UniTo’s Scientific Hub on Water Reuse, with the support of the Joint Research Centre of the European Commission and the PNRR-NODES Spoke 2 program, offers an important opportunity for training and networking for academics and professionals interested in water resource management and reuse.
The School’s multidisciplinary approach will cover topics ranging from water treatment technologies to legal, economic, and social aspects of reuse, with the involvement of experts from the sector. The program
includes lectures, roundtable discussions, and interactive workshops, providing participants with a valuable opportunity for discussion and learning.
Case studies on water reuse will be examined as well, and a visit will be organized to one of Italy’s leading integrated water resource management facilities. Additionally, the initiative will feature the participation of experts and professionals from various countries.
Participation is open to PhD students, early-career researchers, and academics from various disciplines, as well as professionals and operators in the water and environmental sectors. The event will be held in person and in English.
