Opening of GeMM | Geo-Mineralogical Museum of Politecnico di Torino

5 pm - Politecnico di Torino, main headquarters, Classroom 29

On Wednesday 5 June 2024 - World Environment Day - the opening of GeMM - Geo-Mineralogical Museum of Politecnico di Torino will take place. GeMM is located at the Department of Environmental, Land and Infrastructure Engineering (DIATI).

The inauguration program will be as follows:

5:00 PM, Room 29 (in Italian)
• Institutional greetings from the Rector of the Polytechnic University of Turin, Prof. Stefano Paolo Corgnati, the Mayor of the City of Turin, and the Head of DIATI Department, Prof. Francesco Laio
• Presentation of the project by Arch. Margherita Bongiovanni, Coordinator for the Conservation, Management, and Enhancement of the Historical-Scientific Heritage of the Polytechnic University of Turin and co-curator of the Museum.

5:30 PM, DIATI Entrance 3
• Visit to the exhibition
