GeoAI - Artificial Intelligence for Geospatial data

Energy Center, Via Borsellino 38 int. 16, 10138 Turin TO

The application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly changing many sectors, from medicine and physics to social science and engineering. In this context, geospatial data plays an important role in the study of events such as climate change, environmental risk or patrimony and infrastructure management through predictive maintenance strategies.
The workshop aims to gather researchers, developers, professionals and advanced users who employ AI in the geomatics field or for geospatial data, 2D and 3D, to create a community of GeoAI experts.
This two-day event will include presentations, demos and discussions regarding a multitude of topics, from agriculture 4.0 to smart cities, to take stock of future prospects.
The work is free and it will be in Italian. Register here to attend: https://forms.gle/NWqGzYxrunduZjgz9

Call for abstract: you can send your abstract (in Italian or in English) regarding AI solutions applied to geospatial data in different subject matters. It will be possible to extend the abstract on two Special Issues (Bollettino SIFET and European Journal of Remote Sensing).
Abstract submission deadline: 10/11/2023.
