Fish in troubled waters

6.30 pm - Politecnico di Torino Auditorium, Corso Duca degli Abruzzi 24, Turin, 10129

In the framework of the pre-events of Unight - European Researchers' Night of Turin (September 29th – 30th), on Thursday, September 28th at 6.30 pm in Politecnico di Torino Auditorium will take place:

Fish in troubled waters
A documentary theatre by Faber Teater to illustrate RIBES project: 17 universities and European research institutes together to train – in research, in engineering, in biology – 15 young academics that will take care of European rivers and their inhabitants.

Faber Teater has followed the researchers of the project both in their laboratories and on-site. Now the theatre company is back on stage – with the project’s protagonists in video – with many stories to tell. Stories about fish and people who are passionate about their research work; stories of rivers and of the trails left by mankind on Earth. Stories shaped into words and music, a language without borders and a theatrical language joined together by Faber Teater.

The event is promoted by the Department of Environmental, Land and Infrastructure Engineering of Politecnico di Torino in the context of the unight.project and it will take place on the occasion of RIBES project’s final conference.

The play will be in English with Italian subtitles.
